Warm Transfer Leads

We have been providing Leads for over 20 years.  We know how to get quality leads to you.   We will deliver consistent, qualified, compliant leads to your agents.  We work diligently to make sure we are getting you not just leads but leads that fit your business goals. 

We require all the vendors we work with to sign attestation statements that they are complying with all Medicare guidelines and TCPA compliance.

We provide Jornaya tokens and Trusted and Verified forms for leads that provide a visual screen playback should TCPA or compliance become an issue.  We maintain recordings following Medicare guidelines of all contact we have with prospects. 

 

Should an issue arise, we ask you to be notified immediately, and we will work to resolve it.   WE STAND BEHIND what we deliver.

Before you can place an order with us, we require a 30-minute consultation to understand your goals and make recommendations to you about which of our products makes the most sense for your organization.

We will be very direct with you if we do not believe we have the service that will fit your organization.  We want you to be happy and a long-term partner.

 

Lead types: Final Expense, Medicare, T65

1)    You have chosen Medicare Standard Service: This will include Name, address, and confirmation that
the prospect has Medicare Parts A and B, when was your last Medicare review? Do
you know what current plan you have? Do you want to be transferred to a
licensed Medicare agent?

 

2)    You have chosen Final Expense Standard Service: This will include Name, address, and 50 – 84
years of age? Is info requested for you or your spouse? 5K/10K or 20K in
coverage? Whom would the requested the benefits go to? Do you have a checking
or savings account? Do you use tobacco? I see a local certified agent is
available, I will stay on the line with you until you are connected.

 

 

3)    You have chosen T65 Standard Service: This will include Name, address, and confirmation that
the prospect has Medicare Parts A and B. Are they turning 65 in the next 3-4
months? What month is your birthday? Do you want to be transferred to a
licensed Medicare agent?

Lead Levels: Standard, Premium, and Custom

We are highly accessible.  This means that from the moment you agree to work with us to the first leads coming through, you know we will be working diligently to ensure the handoff and script on both sides are helping you achieve your goals.  Additional help and coaching are available as well on a fee basis.  This is available for Final Expense and all Medicare products.

We will schedule time with you 1 to 2 times per week, or more, to ensure we deliver what we promised.

We only contact those who have opted in via various channels in your insurance products.
