How do direct mail responses work?

You choose the mailer with the best message for your product, the zip codes and/or counties you want to work, and the demographics to target. MSPowermail processes the data, prints, folds, seals and puts your pieces in the mail. The pre-paid business reply leads come back to us. We email you the pdf’s and deposit the leads into your Sales System CRM as they are received.

How long will it take to start receiving my mail leads?

Leads typically come back to us within 2-3 weeks for standard mail orders. Double postcards are typically 8-16 days from order date. Random leads can flow in for many months but the timing for a typical mailing is 6 weeks for completion.

Can you help me target the best demographics?

Yes! We have historical information that allows us to help you reach the people most likely to respond to your mailing. Account representatives have this information and will guide you in the ordering process

What does the price quote include?

The pricing you are quoted is based on the amount of mail you order in a month. It covers all cost for fresh data, print, production, postage and business reply postage. As we transition into new tax laws, the taxes are not included in your quote. There is no tax on postage, and it will be a separate line item on your invoice.

Do you guarantee response rates?

We do not. We have an average of what you should expect but many factors can affect the numbers of returns. The averages are also based on a continuous timeframe instead of one order and cannot be guaranteed.

What is the cost of using the Sales System CRM?

The CRM is free to use for any of our individual clients who order on a consistent minimum 60-day cycle. Anyone who would prefer to use the system without placing mail orders can use the system for $12 a month. There are packages available for Agencies and IMO's based on organizational needs.

How do I get around in the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)?

Can I create my own piece to mail?

Of course! If you choose to create your own mailer, then we can accommodate nearly any print request. There is a one-time setup fee of $100 and the mailer is EXCLUSIVELY YOURS. We are not responsible for the results of your mailing and will require you to sign a form stating this.

How long is the Neighborhood Mapping available to me?

The Neighborhood Mapping stays available in the system for 120 days from the order date.
